This single-storey house sits in a developed area near Uherské Hradiště, pairing a rectangular block of 9.1 × 26.6 m for the home with a separate 8.6 × 9.8 m garage.

The architecture leans on geometric simplicity — classic shapes, a calm composition of masses and modern materials. Black ceramic tiles form a ventilated façade that plays against grooved concrete and wood; the house carries a pitched roof, the garage a flat one.

Inside, day and night zones are clearly divided: an open kitchen, dining space, fireplace and a yoga room that doubles as a winter garden on one side; three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a sauna), wardrobes and utility on the other.
